Default anyone used to own this car?

Hi, I'm currently toying with the idea of purchasing a s2000 ap2 on a 06 plate, I was just wondering before I went to view it if anyone had any info on the car or if infact they used to own it?

Many thanks

Before a the ap police grab you, that's an AP1 - no such thing as an AP2 in the uk, only the US got the AP2 which is a 2.2.

I was under the impression that ap1 was the pre face-lift model and ap2 come with revised extras such as tc and face-lift parts

Nope. AP2 is a 2.2l engine.

The UK had the AP1 only.. Just a series of face lifts

CAT D is only a problem if you pay too much for it and expect too much for it if you sell, CAT D is light damage/stolen recovered so no big deal, mines a CAT D nothing wrong with it, paid the right price and it's a keeper. I guess it won't mean much when I eventually do come to sell as it's a totally stock hopefully classic.
