Fooking expensive compared to flying but waaaaay more fun. Given you can only do about 2.5hrs anyway before needing to fill up, it's a chance for a break.

Only 2.5 hours? I collected my s2000 from the north of the country and 3 hours later I still had over a third of a tank left!
I can imagine the fuel when you're down there gets eaten up quickly with the good weather
in my 3rd week of ownership. Its such an awesome car. Its a perfect balanace of many things.
OUt of interest, is anyone going down for the last weekend of aug? There is a festival called fete de la figue in sollies pointe. definitely worth a visit and some great roads on the way
