Default Anyone local to the South-West?

Hi,

Just wondering of anyone who is relatively local(within approx 100miles) who can setup geometry on my S2000(I'm from Plymouth). Done a little bit of research and only can find one place located about 35 miles away(AMS http://amstyres.co.uk/wheel-alignment) but don't have any experience with them or know anyone who has.

I would ideally like to go Dixon's but can't warrant traveling over 240 miles and back again, I cannot fit this into my spare time.

Anyone from the same area as myself has gone anywhere within the South-West and has good experiences and can recommend somewhere?

Thanks in advance.

I'm in Bristol and I usually go to Powerstation in Tewkesbury. Not much closer for you though! There's TGM in Fleet as well. Might be a bit closer for you.

I recently use protyre in plymouth. they could only give me standard settings. No fast road or anything like that which was a bit of a shame. quiet expensive too and although they appear to have done a good job im not entirely convinced.

im thinking of getting some eibach lowering springs so will need my geo re-done so am also looking for someone in the area.

i've heard good things about A1tyres www.a1tyres.org.uk

i've sent them an email to see what they would charge for fitting springs and a fast road. be interesting to see what they say

I've used Pro-Tyre before but again, I don't personally think they have the credentials to do a full geometry setup..

I'll check up Powerstation and TGM

Christchurch tyres are spot on and familiar with the S2000.

Did mine recently.

TGM I don't like the sound of trying to get booked in. But they will be equipped to deal with any seized bolts.

Thanks for the additional information.

Checked TGM, Powerstation, Christchurch Tyres, all circa 3 hours away....

I may give AMS a go and see what results I come back with...

3h driving in the car you love, surely that's a pleasure especially the way back when it handles like a dream!

I'm actually looking at car delivery services now, just to make sure I get the best possible setup for my S2000...

Hey dude, i am also from Plymouth, and today i have been informed of the seized bolt issue after they attempted to sort my tracking out.

Did you find anywhere worth going to, who has experience working on the s2000?

Cheers, and sorry for bumping an old thread, at least i used the search function
