Anyone Know anything about the Factory Fitted CD Multiplay?
Out for a nice drive the other day and the Factory fitted Honda CD multiplay packed up.
No warning just displayed a EEEEEEEE type message for about 3 seconds (not enough time to write it down or memorise it at 90mph!)
I have consulted the manual and all it seems to say is "Consult your Honda Dealer"
Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this/knows what to do as I don't want to look a To22er at the dealer if it takes him 3 seconds to fix!
Cheers
Edd

Had mine for 16,000 miles/2 years in the old S - and no such problem. Sounds sufficinetly terminal to negate any possibility of you looking a tw@t.
Hope it's not pricey to fix....

I had the same fault mesasage soon after fitting my changer. After checking the front and rear connections on the cable it worked fine Before dumping it I'd recommend checking the connections are sound (unplug & reconnect)
Have a look at these instructions (courtesy of H and A) to see how the cabling is routed. You will need to pop out the left hand trim piece in the boot to get to the rear connector.
