Anyone that has a Silverstone AutoSharp Pen or any other pen that does not match, please contact AutoVisuals with your order information and we will send you a new pen. The paint can be adjusted and matched again to the factory chip provided by Honda.
We will always stand behind our products and do everything we can to make sure you the customer has the best end results.

Thanks for the offer Roadkill but I'm hesitating about it now - I'd rather not go through the hassle of sending the pen back to the US if it didn't match. Perhaps I just need to be more careful when applying the OEM touch up paint.

True to her word Wendy has sent a replacement pen out to me so 2 thumbs up for customer service there
In a show of breathtaking attention to end-user hapineess that I never see in the UK (e.g. Colin's thread on the Road Angel update ) Wendy has sent an extra Silverstone touch up pen
So I suggest to send this out and it can be passed around for feedback.
