yes if they have not done what they said they would or are ignoring phone calls you can call your bank and cancel the transaction. You should e mail them at the same time to tell them what you are doing and why.

I tried 3 times to call them this week and got so pisse off in the end im not bothering with them.

The last time, I was put on hold for over 5 mins and I just hung up.

Im going to order from Takakiara in Japan - cheaper and prob quicker!
I've used TK a lot, and they have been very good.

Sometimes the postage costs can seem a little high, and they don't give you enough options on which postage to go for, but I'd still use them over a UK supplier.

Just my 2p worth.

SSE are the shittest company i've ever dealt with, they still owe me 40 quid from nearly a year ago after charging me some sort of percentage for sending something back when I never even got them in the first place I cancelled after about 6 months of waiting!

Basically I waited 6 months for all and got charged 40 quid for the pleasure! waste of time!

but if all goes fine then i'll think about buying from them again

Glad you posted this up as I was about to order from them.

I've found another supplier called amber-performance, has anyone used them before?

air filter from spoon is great by the way... there is a wait on the duct but could you let me know how long the wait is they've told you if u ordered from them for the duct?

just drove the S out and just by adding the filter... made from foam allows so much more air to go into the engine...the oem cone doesnt really cut it.

I'm really looking forward to see what the duct will do with the filter

Placebo effect. It might allow a bit more air in, but as a mod on its own its going to be 1 bhp or something at most - which you will never tell. Its probably just because its colder today.
