You can't get electric shocks from the bodywork as the bodywork is earth to the ground through the tyres.

Yes, before anyone says anything about rubber being an insulator, car tyres have so much carbon in they conduct quite well.

The electric shocks will be you building up a static charge from the seats, carpet etc and you the car acting as your earth when you touch it.
