Pharrel - it's not a front lip - it's a complete replacement bumper.

Are you sure? It's looks like the original front bumper as well.
Why don't amuse make a full body kit like c-west? There are a lot of people on the board driving around with amuse front lip.

There was some confusion whether it was just a front lip or the full bumper on the main US forum. The pictures are somewhat misleading - the bottom half of the bumper is painted black to make it look like a lip. It does look similar to the standard 04 bumper but the side vents are bigger and wider.

That is not quite like the OEM '04 optional, add-on front lip but is a similar product. Here is the OEM one:
