I admit that's a little OTT all a really want is the fuse cover and the vtec controller cover

Try on some of those saddo car detailing sites for custom parts. The sad chap that applied 50 layers of wax to his Astra also did a lot of that sort of thing in his engine bay.

Skunk and Password JDM have solenoid covers.

I have a gold cover on mine
