Gas,

Please let us know how you get on, I'm interested in doing all 4, especially if they can redo the original finish on an 05 style.

Well, I went to Wicked Wheels for a looksee.
Matching the paint on the wheels is going to be a bitch.

So.. I can get 1 wheel done in full for £75.
Or.. Get all 4 done - and have a perfect colour match.

I have not decided what to do yet. Still may have a looksee at Lepsons.

The Wheel Works in Crawley - they used to operate a Wicked Wheels franchise, but decided to move up marlet & concentrate on doing high quality refurb's rather than quick fix / limited life mobile work.

they are top notch, nothing is too much trouble for them & they really are not that expensive.

I used then to strip & powder coat the wheels on my NSX. The work was done abot 30 months ago & the wheels still look lik enew.

They have all sorts of exotic racing wheels & horrifically intricate split rims kicking about whenever I visit, so I am pretty confident they can take on pretty much anything.

I'm going to go to Lepsons and have a chat about them doing mine for me.

Happy to report back afterwards, they are only 30 mins away from me.

Retail is about £55 er wheel.

If you speak to John, and smile nicely at him he may do a cash job for something beginning with 4

Yes, Shiply is correct.

I paid £180 for all 4 - powdercoated, not painted.

They are good people - the reason I return to them fairly reglarly is not because I keep trashing my wheels, but the NSX has something of an appetite for rear tyres and to keep costs sensible, I order them online & Wheel Works kindly (and very expertly) fit them for me. I dont think this is a service they generaly offer, but it does demonstrate their willingness to take care of customers.

Jamie I was recommended by someone on this forum to use this place, needless to say the results on my BMW respraying the bootlid were piss poor even after two attempts, I would never go near them again PERIOD
