They look like fairly standard/conservative settings to me. When you say the car doesn't feel right what do you mean ?

The front caster is worse now then it was when you took the car for its alignment. There is over a degree difference across the front wheels. I also think that its running way too much rear toe but thats personal preference i suppose.

Maybe the caster adjustment is seized and resetting the passenger side camber to equal the other side has put the caster out by a mile. I would ring them up and ask why it left with the caster so uneven. You never know they might of not known it was adjustable!

Honda revised the settings for 99-03 cars have a look in the FAQ,

A lot of GEO computers were never updated with these settings

plus as Mark says there is too big a difference in the caster settings

i would take it back and have them even everything up bud, that wouldn't be acceptable to me.... especially the front caster, and rear camber for that matter

as has been said i'd half your rear toe total though... and maybe up the front camber to 1deg and the rears to 2deg.... also try and get front toe as close to 0 as possible, you don't want any toe out on the front ideally.

noticed too that your caster figure on the offside front hasn't changed from 5'25' before and after, yet the nearside moved up.... could be a seized adjuster?

Had the alignment done again to the preferred specs, but i hit a rock on the weekend and burst a Tyre. Now the steering has to be kept at a 1-2 o'clock angle.
The shop doesn't think anything is bent. Could it be something with the steering rack.
