Airbag buzz
My car has developed the most annoying 'buzz' coming from the passenger airbag area. I'm confident any dealer would agree its beyond acceptable and irritating to the point of distraction to the driver. However, it does seem to ease/go away when the car is fully heated up (i.e. 20mins with the heaters on full in this weather).
My question is this - can they access behind the airbag panel without removing the entire dashboard or would they lilkely have to take the dash out to get at it. If that panel can be removed for access I'll mention it at the next service and if not I'll learn to live with it as removing the dash to fix one buzz would probably give rise to 10 more when its refitted by some dealer monkey.

First thing I'd do, (if you haven't already), is make damn sure the buzz really is coming from behind the dash. The S is notoriously difficult for sourcing the real cause of strange noises.
I've got a rattle from behind me that is extremely annoying. However, I've found that the source is the left hand hood catch.

I'm leaning towards living with this and seeing if it goes away in the warmer weather again. Not a fan of having a dealer do any more than they have to on my car!
