Does anybody know of a good place to buy A/C recharge kits (R-134a)?

I think my system is getting low on refrigerant: I'm starting to see white "smoke" coming from the air vents when recirc mode is off on humid days.

Also, when I went out earlier (and it was hot!), the air didn't feel particularly cold at all. Slightly cooler than the ambient temperature, but certainly not cold, like it should be.

Failing the recharge kit idea, where is a good place for A/C servicing? (I live in Cardiff. I don't know if Honda does this, actually...?)
