Chaps, I believe Loftust made a polite attempt to help someone, there was no bad tone to it really.
Cheers MB , that was what I attempted to do, I'm sorry if some of you do not appreciate that.

I had my airbox lid off for a while, I soon got a Spoon Snorkel as kangarooing in traffic every morning was unacceptable. The noise was quite good though. Then I got a Spoon N1 so can't here the induction 'til VTEC.

The only "pro" is weight saving.
Not really, most people keep the lid in the boot

Use the FAQ?

Is this site a reference book or an interactive forum?
Well you could save yourself the pain of a public lynching by reading it, save asking a question thats been asked and answered a million times before and save yourself from looking like a lazy, spoon fed, feckless noob.

Hows that?

As BT used to say "it's good to talk"!

In fact only today I had my first drive with a set of early Honda S2000 16" wheels and was unsure if the tyre pressures should be the same as my OE 17" low profile tyres.
Was considering creating a post then remembered FAQs
A search revealed 32 - 34psi maybe a bit more due to softer tyre wall.

Perhaps it was my imagination but the ride on deeper tyres seemed softer and the steering more direct. Will keep to 32psi to avoid a harder ride.
