Has anyone ever had the buddyclub normal width seats? I'm only a 30 inch waist and about 65 kg, thinking the extra wide would perhaps not be needed in my case??

MB isn't wrong...I had a brief go at this today and it's a big effort. Take two tomorrow.

Did you guys cut the tab in the end of the seat beat clip? I can only fit mine at an angle otherwise.

Oh and how on earth did you get to the the bolts supporting the rail to the seat once it's in position to tighten them?!

Anyone willing to give me a hand?!

I was going to cut it, but bendibg will work too.

How did you tighten the nuts under the seat? How did you get to them with a spanner?

I tried to bend it flat... But it snapped off. Both sides. Problem solved.

Yeah, depending on distance. Where are you? Certainly happy to help on the phone if you're a way away.

I made this to mount the buckle to so it could be left alone, it also pokes it through the whole slightly and fixed so it's easy to undo/do up the seat belt. I'm using a copy of a bc rail.

I bent the tab but they break off anyway.

To do the rail bolts you need an open ended spanner and some contortion you can get to them from under the seat but it's a blind process and you will find the spanner frequently pops off!

It's a bugger, but worth it. Where are you based?

Cheers guys, thanks for the advice it's greatly appreciated.

I'm based in Sherborne in Dorset.

Another silly question. the slide adjust bar, did you have it bent up towards the seat (as this seems to foul with the bottom on the seat on the lowest setting) or bent down towards the floor (which seems to foul with the floor)?
