Aftermarket seats - What have you got?
As my MY00 gets older and older and I replace more things, the latest thing that bugs me is the seats.
I've never been that keen on the standard seats. I don't find them that comfortable, the leather and bolsters are worn and I don't like sliding around on the leather.
I've swapped the bases round so the bolster isn't that much of an issue but they look shabby.
So my choices are (as I see them);
1: Replace with newer ones from a JDM (Half leather) so I don't slide around as much but they seem to be hard to find and doesn't cover the comfort issue.
2: Get the standard ones re-covered (About £500-£600) but again doesn't cover the comfort issue.
3: Replace with aftermarket seats.
Now I loved the seats in my old S1 Elise (Although they were Exige seats) so bucket seats would be nice although it's my DD so I won't be using harnesses. To be fair, recliners don't seem much use in a 2 seater anyway...
What have you got?
What would you reccommend?

Buddyclub P1 with rails. Large size, which is still not that large!
I love them, especially for the money. Can't be many lighter fixed buckets either.
Fitting is fiddly though, and takes some practice.
But most aftermarket seats in the S are a minefield.

Some nice seats, I am still too new to s2000s and years ago even had red s2000 leather seats in my mr2 turbo as liked the seat.
However these days I do have a set of genuine Bride Low Max Gias Kelvar seats in red in my other car.
Seeing this photo makes me think they would work in the S2000.

I've got my seats redone in black leather and blue alcantara .
Here is a link to the Bride showroom ( sounds wrong I know ) . Just choose Honda and then you get pics of Honda's with Bride seats installed . When you click the picture of the car . You get pics of how fitment in the car is . And with Google translator our something you can read the Japanese text about the fitment .
