After Market Modification
Hi,
I present myself in the correct post. I'm interested in some after market product for my S2000. J'S products in specific.
I would like to have your impression on:
JS header (60RS)
JS exhaust
JS ECU (or AEM if there is for my car)
PSWD JDM Airbox
I know that for the ECU, you need to send it to JS in Japan and they modify it according to your specification.
But what about AC, VSA, ABS, AIRBAG, electronic throttle? My modified ECU will mantein all properties and function of the stock one?
Does exist an AEM ECU for my car?
I know that 60RS is affected by rattle and cracking problem, due to material...
Is it the same for the header?
Do you made any dyno test?
I have a S2000 AP1 MY06, engine F20C2, LHD.
Please, tell me your experience with these products or equivalent too.
Please, I know that I'm new but I wonder if there is possibility to take part to a group buy or if there is any convention for the club to any site, where I could have a little discount.
Thanks
Best Regards

Hi,
I don't have experience with any of the parts you described but there are a few cars with the AEM ECU but I am not sure where they bought their's from.
Also, if you join www.s2kuk.com , you can get a discount on parts but you might get stung for postages costs.

Hi Snake or should I say Cruise
Glad to see you over here on the UK forum.
I'm sure somebody will be along shortly to give you some advice, there are quite a few owners here with the AEM ECU.
Benvenuto !

eh, eh! I was looking for R888 on camskill, stil I now discover that they are not legal (approval) for EU (Italy). Do you know why? It sound a little bit strange.
If you email Camskill I'm sure they would give you a price delivered to Italy.
