Default AEM EMS install - where to mount it
Just wondering how people have installed their AEM EMS behind the footwell panel.

It doesn't want to go where the old one came from, which means the palstic side panel doesn't go on.

I can force it in place but it would put stress on the wiring.

So how have you fitted yours?

It will fit there mine been there for years just move about alittle and it will be fine. Remove the plastic fowl that is at the end where the ecu will be

Done - fitted it cables down / serial port up, and stuck to the sidewall with some sticky stuff.

IIRC that's how I did mine
Put some foam on top to damp it a bit and left the RS232 cable attached for quick access
