Default Advice on what could be restricting power

I'm looking for some advice. Had my new AEM ems v2 remapped today at eurospec 2000. Romain said that he would be expecting around 230 bhp on their dyno after the map, which did shock me as I was expecting more. Lol. So here were the results.
(sorry for bad pics)

Romain said that there seemed to be something restricting it because if he put the vtech crossover lower it lost power and also the power lets off quite early. He said it could be the exhaust or induction.

My mods are
AEM v2 cai. I bought it second hand, when I bought it I cleaned the filter but havnt looked at it in last 14 months.
Garage r decat
And just purchased s2konroids 5zigen single exhaust (think its pro racer spec a)

I'm going to get a new filter for the AEM and also am thinking of removing the fist silencer on the exhaust as its really quite.

One of my friends reckons it might be injectors, because my car hadn't moved or turned over for 2 years just before I bought it. Maybe injectors need a clean?

Any advice and help will be appreciated

Doesnt seem too bad for oem manifold. Its a no BS dyno there.

Torque looks strong.

That's exactly what he said. Just wondering what could be stopping the vtech going lower and power dropping off early. He said normally lowers vtech than that and I think he said peak power is normally nearer the 9k

Have you got a decat or oem cat in place?

I have a Garage r decat. And it's my first time on this specific dyno. I normally go to surrey rolling road which I believe is the same dyno. It made 235 there.

Also with the exhaust there is slight drone around 3-3.5k, if I remove the first silencer will the drone get worse?

You are likely to get higher figures at Surrey RR.

First rule of dynos, don't compare one to another and think the lower one is incorrect

A good test would be to go back to Surrey. You will see an increase I'm sure.

I agree - I try and get a before and after on the same dyno most of the time. Strong figures there Dan

Putting figures aside, I do think it odd that lowering the vtec caused a loss in power.

Ask him for printouts from when he tried other vtec points. There are several things in the pictures you've posted that show potential issues though some could be down to an interim map.

Seeing how the car actually reacted when changing the vtec point gives a lot more information to pinpoint the problems. (Outside of the map itself).
