Yes the m25 cameras are working (around clacket lane and onwards towards Heathrow), I saw a guy get flashed doing 78mph through one on Monday.

And dont even get me started on Undertaking, Should be a INSTANT 6 points, There is never any need for it,
Bollox, if someone undertakes you then chances are you are driving like a twat, sticking to lane 3 when there is no need to.

Well said. I'm sick and fed up of having to overtake some selfish prat camped out in the middle lane, when I should be able to pass them on the left.

Back on topic...

Let's make this nice and simple.
Raise the motorway speed limit to 80mph, allow undertaking and stop lowering all the other speed limits on other roads. Residential roads should be 30, not f**king, 20, 15 or 10mph. I dont give a monkies if there is a school or parade of shops. The roads are a danagerous place, take care when crossing them and teach your children to take care.

Some of us would like to make progress. That's why I driver a car. If I wanted to move about that slowly I'd walk or run everywhere.

Maybe one day you will have kids and you will understand why people would like their roads to be 20mph. Parents DO teach their kids to stay off the road, but kids are kids and 'society' should look after them - Maybe you are one of those people who think its their god given right to do anything they please because life is all about 'you' being 'you' and sod everyone else.

The road my house is on is a 20 zone with 3 schools and a college on a half mile stretch.

The only person who does 20mph or less on that road is me on my push bike.

Waste of time that was.

Yeh but that is because it is not enforced. Its like any law that is not enforced, if you don't enforce it, its always going to be a waste of time.

A bit like the 70mph limit, its never enforced so everyone does 80.

If you put a policeman there (not a hateful speed camera) every morning to pull over the cretinous drivers who speed and drive dangerously round schools, bang them up and give them 9 points for being a mong, then I bet everyone will start doing 20 in less than a week.
