I hope he takes either:

the council,
the tyre company
the inventor of tarmac,
the inventor of the compound rubber,
the local industry (that has contributed to global warming, thus increase of precipitation in the area),
or a whole generation of youth for creating the boy racer

to the small claims court.
Knowing the hooligan in question, it will probably be all of them.

And Honda too for making an inherently unsafe car.

ROSPA are much better IMHO
I agree I'm out in an hours time on a 2hour lesson. My first lesson in daylight!, all the rest have been in the evening up to now!

Ok so now having "listened" to you load of reprobates I have come out of the closet. I may have done a 540 but you should have seen the look on the face of the Ferrari driver! The recovery was an amazing piece of skill and in just a split second I was carrying on in the intended direction, still yards ahead of the Chav in his red slice if cheese who has(d) nothing better to do than advertise Lloyds Bank on his bonnet!

I will not be sueing anyone other than the 'orrible folk who have slandered and liabled me since the incident. Watch out Lurking!

Furthermore from many previous posts it is well recoded that all you youngsters seem to have a spin within hours of getting the wheels under your arse. It has taken me 3 years!

My Birthday is the 23rd. (tomorrow) if anyone wants to send me a card!!

Happy Christmas to ALL.

Funny incident. I haven't spun my car in 3 years of driving it and people that know me will testify that I don't tend to hang about either (even in the wet). I think you spun the car because you are getting a bit old and delayed reactions. I think it is time for you to hang up those driving gloves and let someone else drive you to collect the pension.

Tis true. He might even create a website campaign...
