The old tonneau cover was a safety issue as well as the seatbelt part replacement (2nd of my recalls), it prevented the seatbelt working on occasion.(The occasion being if you had roof down, cover in place seat all the way back and tilted) the belt which looped through the seat could nip between the cover and tipped back seat, thus if you've played it out it wouldn't retract, and come head on collision you would fast forward into a loose belt
