Found it on the service schedule - S2000 plugs are changed at 54000 mile service, other cars with Platinum plugs are changed at 63000 mile service.
Does not surprise me the cost of the service either, approx

Hi all

Thanks for all the tips everyone!

I have just spent most of Sat polishing and valeting her so shouldn't need a wash. Used the Gold Auto Glym Extra Gloss Protection after the Red Resin polish and the red paint now looks like new! With my previous cars I usually ask them not to be put through a car wash, but I woud hope any S2K would be done by hand.

Seems like it could be expensive service, just hope brakes don't need doing as well as the major service or it could hit hard. It would be nice to spread the cost out over the year!

Will keep you posted of my dealer /stealer experiences

Thanks

RGB

If you're told you need new brakes, ask them how many miles you've got left on them so you can spread the cost.

The pads start squealing when they're down to their wear markers.

Just an update on my first service experience.

Just picked my S2K up from Holden Honda in Norwich and I must say very pleasantly surprised.

Customer service was excellent and they seemed genuinely concerned for me that this was its big service!

They called it the 54,000 mile service which equates to 72 months (although it has only done 42k)

I was very nervous before picking it up, as I am used to a major VW / Audi service potentially hitting over a grand.

Total bill was
