The point was more one of whether they knew what this particular service entailed rather than their ability to carry it out.
In the end there's nothing that is really any more difficult or complex than you'd find on a Civic, Accord or Jazz...
If you need something doing that you don't trust them to do the standard you require or is out of the ordinary, then find somewhere to take that you believe will do it properrly.
My experience of Kkendal Honda was that they were OK - they didn't try to rip me off and told me at one service that I should budget for the front pads to be replaced at the next, always had a courtesy car a reasonable notice and seemed to charge (as far as franchised dealers tend to\) reasonably for the work carried out...

Crown Bushey are generally excellent. Jorge does all the work.
( He is off until 2nd Sept ).
I thought the 27K is the big one.
Call them again and ask what is being done on the 36K.
They may be quoting you for the 36 month service ( which equals 27K miles )
