I will try and get the burnt out LSD replaced by Furber Bros and then let Peter have that one as a back up, we'll see how I get on with Furber Bros...
Several months on and I'm glad to report the final drive is running sweet as a nut and the car is pulling with much greater conviction. Vtec point in 6th gear is now 100mph and so its probably not a mod for an S2000 which spends much of its time on the motorways. However, as I went back to a the stock exhaust when I changed the diff, the car is much quieter on the motorway than I am used to.

I should also mention that Garry at Furber Bros was also keen to sort out my problems with the diff and paid for the replacement LSD (from PJL) and the replacement bearings and seals. Clearly Fruber Bros had no idea that the original LSD was knackered and made sure the problem was resolved quickly when I flagged it I'll be giving Garry a call when I need further S2000 bits in the future

Good to hear. Regardless of final drive - VTEC switchover will always be 6000rpm in 6th.

So, you going to come to the Nurburgring this Easter to put the difference to the test?

I thought about it, but I suspect it will be a busy weekend and I don't want to spend that sort of money to end up driving like a spacktard around the Ring when its busy.
