Best i could manage is 280 mls from a full tank.......but since fitting the T1R and decat this has dropped significantly to about 220 mls and i have a ringing in my ears and a headache

Slightly late, but yes on track.

Got 120 miles out of 42 litres on Sunday at Rockingham.

Today I got 358 miles out of 45.5l ! The fuel light was on for 50 miles. I was really annoyed when I realised there was still another 4.5l left in the tank!
