I have heard that the UK is getting the 2.2ltr engine for 07.

Still running it in at the moment, it seems a little more responsive lower down and doesn't get bogged down like my last one at low revs, whether it's the DBW or not I don't know at this stage. I think it will be a though.

If they've developed it to rev to 9.2 then great. If it goes to 8.5 or whatever the US version is,

If they've upped the mid-range and it doesn't fall out of VTEC when changing up, then I'd say it's a good thing. 8,500 redline is quite enough, to be perfectly honest.

I thought the 2.2 litre revved just to 8K? Could well be wrong though - I just know its not particularly impressive
