I would leave the car. No matter how safe you drive there could always be a twat coming the other way that doesn't have a clue.

I have just spoken to my parents in Seamill and they are heading off to Perth for the day.

If you're on SO2s accept your dad's offer. He might end up having to rescue you anyway if you get stuck .

SO2s and snow don't agree sadly - shame really cos I am rapidly coming to the conclusion that the S is ideal for snow with the right tyres on.
