If no S2K, it has to be an Elise for fun.

If practicality is required, that puts the MX5 (just) ahead of the MR2.

Mind you, I've not driven the new MR2.

Do they still do supercharger kits for the MX-5?

If it were me it would have to be an Elise if it was a second car or Boxster if it was a primary car.

I have just had an almost identical conversation with a friend ..... I suggested the S2000 as the only sensible buy, his reaction was, but I would just look like I was copying you .....

Why do people compromise on their car just to be different ??





(By the way - he IS a complete poser and he is going to the TT !!!)

A ZM soft top, picked mine up last night for gbp19,000 for a S reg with 17,000 on the clock. It goes like
a bat out of hell, very smooth power and loads of pull from about 2k rmp. Shockingly it costs 50 less to
insure than an S2000? 650!
