Going to work on Monday, me in the CTR and my wife in the S2k (got up late again!). As we reached the next set of lights on the dual carriageway, S2k in front me behind, the chav in the 205GTI with the yellow headlights that has been tail ending her all the way, pulls into the inside lane looking for quick getaway. Dual carriageways and second gear seem to crop up rather a lot in these "incidents"

Might be worth checking the tyre pressures/tread.

My rears are like slicks at the moment and I don't have this problem. Unless I provoke it

it can be surprising just how slippy the back end is in this weather. i've often had tail out action (nothing to call the police about ) in the last few months and i've not been hooning it at all really.

certainly not on bends anyway.
