Neil, I went through with the roof down and was suprised how clean (well you know what I mean) the air was, it seemed much clearer and less fumie (?) than I remember, as it has been a couple of years since I have been through it. As for the nose to tail, i just slowed down a little untill there was a gap in the traffic.
Yes, they do have cctv, and there is a sign up saying that speed checks are in progress, wether this is a bluff or not, I dont know, but it could be a funb end to the NE meet for those going that way.

6500rpm take the lid off the air box and do it again!
You've heard nothing till you do it with the air box off, unless you've already got induction NOISE?

Jeager, I have a cai installed, the one from Injet's GB I think, so that makes it even louder, grins all the way through the tunnel.

I hope you mean that it was the first time the roof was down long enuf to get sunburnt and not the first time you've had the roof down. i live up that way and ive had my roof down loads.(even on xmas day if u check my other posts )

Yep, I meant it was the first time that the sun was bright enough to give me a slight red tinge. Not thew first time the roof has been down.
