Default 2.47cc stroker

Anyone on here have the 2.47cc or similar stroker kit installed and mapped?

Can it be used with remap of oe ecu on 2007 dbw??

Expected power torque etc?

Sorry wasnt clear. Was looking for anyone in UK with the tarmac sports 2.47cc kit fitted and set up.

What's the bore size on the pistons?

2.47 is a very large increase and would need a very low rev limit.

That's right,I think when I was looking at a 2.4 built engine for my car the safe rev limit was 8k any higher and the piston speed causes excessive wear on the wrist pins.You will also need to slot the bottom of the sleeves and maybe the block to give the conrods clearance because of the larger crank throw.

On the plus side,whatever you go fo I have a brand new unused AEM Piggy back ecu for DBW cars.

K24/K20 hybrid engine would be a safer choice if you wanted more displacement N/A.

You could however go crazy and fit the 2.7l stroker kit:
