I have concluded that they are cack anyway.

Toyo TR1 is king.

Ignore the soft sidewall waffle - for road use, they are the daddy!

Just researched and yes they do the T1R in 16" hmmm

I love them - faaar better than the RE050 for road use. I'd get rid of mine like a shot if I could.

I've just had 2 new front RE050 MZs tyres fitted yesterday. I guess I should count myself lucky. My local tyre fitter had no problem sourcing them either.

It's getting to the stage where one needs to buy a new car once the tyres are worn out.
