Default 10 yr old s2k redux

As some of you may know I probably own the least well looked after s2k on here, I bought it about 2 years ago with very litle history and only spent a measly £520 in the last 2 years looking after it £350 was a full big service at TGM with mot and geo about 13 months ago, I poped £80 on a fiberglass snorkel to stop the iritating kangaro effect, £25 on this years mot which was done at porsche HQ in reading ( wifey works there ) there was £40 on a K+N filter and about £25 on ice connectors.

Anyway the car still seems fine but it has its original roof is starting to perish in the usual places and the tct could do with being replaced to be on the safe side.

Is not my daily driver purley a toy ( the most expensive one I've ever bought)

and I'd like to freshen it up a bit, there is the usual gravel scars on the bumper and a realy small ding on the top of the wing from a small piece of falling masonry ( dont ask )

I'd like to spend £1000 or less but can push it to £1500 if needs be.

new roof is the first step £700 fitted at a guess then the tct £150 ish fitted

full fluid change ( done with the tct ) £100 incl fluids (hopefully) thats £950 gone, I know a man with a spray booth who can sort out the cosmetics for about £200.

What tricks am I missing should I forgo the new roof for somthing else as it dosent leak and I have no intention of selling the car anytime soon.

oh and its only done about 4500 miles since the last oil change but that was 13 months ago.

I would fit all the parts youve already mentioned and then spend the rest on petrol and a cross channel ticket and drive it, or choice two ...... get a TINTOP by far the best way to experience the S
