Default 04+ ride height

Im soon to upgrade to 17" wheels on my 01 and i've been a bit concerned about how it will look on stock suspension...

I came across this pic of an 04 car and it looks like the 17's fill the arches perfectly but is this down to the wheels or down to revised 04 suspension? Certainly there seems to be a ton more arch clearance on my 16's at the moment!

Cheers

Phenom, here is Dreamer's MY05 S

And for a comparison against an MY00 here is a shot of mine next to her MY04 before it got killed off. The first shows the wheel arches to the best comparison.

Stock ride height on an +04 is 665mm all round. IIRC the pre 04 have a stagger and the rear is higher than the front.

What you want is this

Click on the SSR link in my sig - it may link to StevenM's wheels for sale thread which shows photos of the SSRs on his unlowered 01.

EDIT: It does:

This looks low as it's probably going round a corner at 80 mph

Don't lower your car like these lot of jokers, keep it stock
