Very unlikely to be any from me till tomorrow - just too many of the damn things to process and I'm off to the pub in a bit

I have stacks of video, but will need ages to edit it.

Stuff from this morning is good though

Although I have just come across these 3 and thought it worthwhile quickly processing them before going out.

Sunset from the Ben Loyal hotel in Tongue on our first night :

You might detect a hint of low cloud, or fog.

Nope. The Highlands were on fire.

My brakes did catch fire on the way down the Bealach yesterday

Got a pic somewhere of them smoking like nobody's business.

Anyway, I'm off to the pub - Day 1 are exporting now from Lightroom, so I should be able to upload them when I get back.

Ok, I lied, they processed quicker than I thought so they're uploading to Flickr now. Only Day 1 though.

More tomorrow.

Hi guys,

I knew here was a good place to check.Pics are posted below, apologies for lack of scenic backgrounds,I was in 2 minds as to stop or not as my camera gear was in the boot and I doubted that I could catch you in time.Luckily my son convinced me to go for it and he got my camera out as we drove ahead, although I literally had to start shooting as soon as I got out the car,I was the idiot on the southbound side of the A9 just before the Cromarty Bridge

Hope they are okay, certainly sounds like you had a good trip and the weather was glorious.

This is what I was actually off to photograph although its not quite finished yet.

If anyone would like a fullsize copy of any of the images just drop me a line.

Cheers Andy
