ben had some trouble with possible worn CV joints.. and seems like his roof is a bit worse for wear from a manufacturing fault..
Honda was baulking at paying under warranty - so wondering how it turned out.

Their S2000 "expert" (ha!) is just back from holiday.
I've been thinking and reckon that its best to let them try and diagnose the problem, rather than me telling them its the CVs especially if its not.
After all, the customer shouldn't have to tell the garage what the problem is!!!

hope they sort it out before the next ring trip !
talking of Honda faults,
I have had my car 5 years now - it's not done a great deal of miles.. but it's had a interesting and tough life..since I have modded and maintained it myself..and it's had to do tokyo drifting in tokyo and 50 or so laps at the nurburgring..
and after all this... it's finally let me down
the fuse on the ac fan has blown
and looks like it was a manufacturing fault.. since there was a 10A fuse in a 20A socket..
talking of Honda faults,

The garage are going to contact customer relations to see what they can do, but they aren't too hopeful.
What annoys me greatly is that they replaced my mate's roof when the car was 1 month out of standard warranty (and he DIDN'T get an extended one), yet they are balking at replacing my roof (dying at the exact same spot) when I've paid them for the extended warranty.
So the message is, thanks for your money but phuk off if you want something fixed. hmmm.

Yeah, Useful - we really wanna see that DVD! (its not like I'm driving my car much at the moment)
