Sounds like a plan, although we must dig out our finest baseball caps, to be worn at a jaunty/chav angle, with some naff tunes blaring out as we arrive
So, just usual attire and behaviour for you Rob?

Gutted I'm missing this, but hopefully I've got a buyer this Sunday. Plus mum's still in hospital after operation 3 (brain annurysm / hip replacement / drain to get rid of fluid on her brain - she knows how to put us through it!) so will be visiting her too. She is much better now though and improving now.

I will miss the convoy action but it's definitely time for me to move on. I'm getting quite used to my beater (a BMW 316 R-reg) and there's something liberating about not caring where you park it or driving into dodgy areas! Oh and not minding pot holes and not having to concentrate loads when it's raining.... I'm trying to convince myself I'm happier, I really am!

Have fun all, and I'm sure I'll make the odd appearance at Herts Meets now and again.

Dini. x

P.S. Sorry to hijack your thread Rob! I'm just conscious I've been very quiet on the forum and thought I'd update a few of you peeps.

Great stuff Rob, really looking forward to this.

Do you have a route us non sat-navers can print out in case we get lost ?
@Andy - Its ok, I will print off a route map for everyone .....but that won’t guarantee anyone becoming geographically challenged

@Mattxx - as per OP, please pm me your email address, otherwise I wont be able to send it, luckily for you I also have a Garmin Nuvi, so the file I send you can just be copied into 'GPX' folder on the Garmin, then go to your 'my data' folder, and ask it the import new routes.

You should be good to go then!!

i sadly wont be able to make this, as i'll be in coventry that weekend.

but i have a question, i currently have lovegroova's boot rack, and i would like ot get it back to him, is any one on this meet likely to be seeing lovegroove in the near future, who wouldn't mind taking it back for me.

easiest way is to fit it straight to the boot on the person taking it.

cheers in advance
That's a shame you cant make it, maybe next time mate

Can anyone help Rich to get Lovegroova's boot rack back to him? I believe Lovegroova lives somewhere near Rickmansworth/Chorleywood

Any help/assistance would be appreciated

I'm about a mile and a half from J17 of the M25, so if anyone's passing that way on their way back, that would be ideal.

I'm pretty sure it'll fit in the boot in case anyone's worried about paint damage.

Hi guys

Just a gentle reminder to make sure you have enough fuel for the run (approx 105miles) as there's little opportunity to fuel up en-route (as there’s nothing around for miles).

There is a Sainsbury’s about 1/2 mile before the meet up point, see map below (location B)

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&um=1&i...ved=0CDQQtgMwAw

Right I'm off now to Honda (CEL light started flashing on way home from work yesterday...it doesn't rain, it pours for me!!! )
