Hi all,

The time has come for me to start organising the BBQ again. It will be held on a saturday afternoon from whenever you like
The date for this event will be Saturday 1st August. As I am aware this will not suit all people and as you know with setting a date for a meet you can't keep everyone happy (only a few )

There is booze, food and partying like you have never done before
I would ask all attendeed to bring their own alcohol but all food will be provided

There is room to stay either in the house or in tents in the garden. This will of course depend on numbers. The easiest way and fairest way is to give room in the house on a 1st come first served basis
I can always look into local hotels but that will involve a minibus (which can be arranged) as Lambourn is a ditch in the middle of nowhere
