I'd say it's reasonably hard on brakes and tyres, it's quite a long track and high speed. I'd say 2 days of that then the Ring would be ok if your car is reasonably fresh beforehand.

Just see how you go, and make Spa the priority and assess the car for going to the Ring afterwards?
