Snetterton Summer Wednesdays - Wednesday 16th April *
Some of the Norfolk locals may have seen this topic pop up on the MR D's thread but it was suggested we should start a fresh thread to gauge interest.
MSV have held Summer Wednesdays at Brands Hatch for a while now and they're now hosting them at Snetterton too. Basically, on the third Wednesday of every month from April-October it's a free entry event during the evening to go and meet up with other like minded car types.
They also run track time during the evenings too (17:30-19:30) It's £69 but it's split into sessions so no telling how long you actually get on track if something happens cause a red flag Pre-bookable on the MSVT website though if you're interested.
Sounds like there'll be a small group keen to go down for the April meet, anyone else fancy it?

I looked at those days but its novice only and if you have done more than 4 trackdays i think you cant go out on track. Plus i have been on a few MSV days and the session format can be frustrating if you get red flags. I would recommend it wholeheartly thou for a brand new driver to trackdays. Its a good introduction with out lunatics trying to force you out of the way.
I have opted for the following days at Snetterton this summer, i needed to have some fun to look forward to this summer so i booked up early.
MSV 23rd April £149

19th June £59 (not that price anymore)

28th May £69

28th August £69

Its appears Javelin have lot of the evening open pit lane sessions up for grabs. MSV are very overpriced for the full day at the moment. The only reason im going there in April is to use up my voucher before the June deadline otherwise i think i would be booked up with Javelin.
I would drive up to meet up but its 90 miles for me so it canes the fuel driving too and from.
