20th July seems ok for me, I may need to get a dog sitter since SWMBO will want to come too. At this stage a definite possible

add me as a 'possible' - I'm about 3hrs north so might come down friday night and risk a night in the big city (need a hotel with a secure car-park...)

The Kings manor hotel is just around the corner from the meeting place, so you could try there
