...However, that doesn't necessarily mean that people can't do something in the morning. The new bridge over the Forth, at Kincadine, takes you straight into some nice scenery an avoids dunfermline and kincardine town. I am thinking of a route something along the lines of the link below. It may not be as big as some would like, so if anyone wants to add on a bit of mileage, there's nothing stopping you. I realise some people may be coming from far afield, so the chance to meet, chat and have a little blast around is probably preferable than doing serious mileage at serious pace. This route is 118 miles or so and starts/stops at the roundabout mentioned in post 1.

Route?

I think the route looks ok, if a bit simple as it's all A roads.
I tend to try and stay on the smaller more varied roads when going driving in the S as A roads can be quite mundane.

Either way i'll still be attending

The route is only suggested. If there are B roads, all the better. But the route suggested is an idea of where we could go. Alberto, we're meeting fairly close to lunch anyway. Perhaps a stop-off at the northernmost area we get to could be made. I am all for suggestions. I don't know this area too well.

Beardie could maybe have a look at suggesting/leading a route if he fancies it as we've driven about there before on some good roads iirc under his guidance I think.
