the check 4 weeks before is to give you time to order pads if you need them, get them fitted, bed them in and not get caught not being able to source rear pads.

If you get to Coventry then you've gone to far (unless you are not meeting him at his HQ in Atherstone).

Seeing as we're now within 7 days of the trackday, bookatrack should have automatically taken any outstanding money for the trackday from your credit card. Please check though just to make sure its gone through.
If you have booked a wet grip session, you'll need to go to the site and manually make the payment as it doesn't get taken automatically.

Dan - won't your tyres be illegal by the end of the day! My rears are below 3mm and I've opted to go the safe route and change them on Saturday. I'd rather have decent tyres, esp if it's wet and the wall so close to the track!

I'm going to stick my new pads (fronts and rears) on, on Friday after work, then put some miles on them on Saturday, and with the long drive to Rockingham on Sunday they should be nicely bedded in in time for some track action
I've got plenty of thred on my tyres so I'm happy with them, and they will cope on Sunday.
