I presume you mean noisy.

I currently have proterfield rears and ferodo fronts with spoon drilled discs on the front and oems on the rear.

Rears squeal, fronts are as quiet as oems. I've actually had the rear pads out a couple of times to regrease the shims but can't make them permenantly quiet.
I did mean noisy!

And I assume you meant Porterfields?

Sounds like the P4Ss are just noisy pads then.

I may get some Ferodo pads myself then. Any recommendations on sourcing?

Group buy anyone?

Typo city

I need some new Ferodos myself.

I bought them from here last time:

http://www.balancemotorsport.co.uk/product...recnumber=35780
though i believe they source them from:

http://www.circuitsupplies.com/

but i don't know if they would deal direct.

Fancy setting up a group buy nick?

Do Wilwoods have their own pads then?

They're not S2000 fit pads. There are multiple suppliers though.

I'd hope they are not S2000 pads. You'd expect bigger ones. Can you not get ferodo's to fit?

Don't know, I got two sets of pads for them when I ordered them so I won't be looking into them too soon. Although Steven M doesn't rate the wilwood pads, but then again, the second set is a set of race pads...

I'm keen on some Ferrodos too Nick. The only thing which makes me hesitate is the possibility of buying a BBK which will obviously come with some pads.

Mirren, it is quite easy to do, honestly Even I can do it!

It looks reasonably straight forward, but without having changed pads ever, I don't want to "experiment" with my brakes without someone guiding me. They're quite an important part of the car!
