Was meant to be at Snetterton today, but my girlfriend has done her back in quite badly so I'm playing nurse instead

On the upside, I've moved the payment to this event so I'm now confirmed

I fancy taking the Friday before off and playing a round of golf somewhere local to Rockingham.

Any one want to join me?

Graham, are you sure you're booked on this day? you're not on the confirmed list, but there were a bunch of caterhams on the confirmed list that seem to have disappeared so i'm wondering if Bookatrack have a problem.

Hopefully i should have some pricing this week from Jonny on the wet grip. Rockingham have only just completed the facility, hence the delay. Jonny is going Rockingham todayto have look at it and has promised some prices this week.

There will most likely be two prices: one for those who've paid to attend the trackday and therefore will be loosing track time when they're using it, and another price for anyone who wants to come along and have a go but aren't driving in the trackday.

Looking at the Rockingham website with the little video of the kicker plates, it looks like fun!

This is starting to get frustrating now!

The Wet Grip facility isn't actually finished yet! Rockingham keep putting back the completion date. It should have been finished in October last year, but for various reasons it's not complete.

Jonny seems to think they will have it finished in time. But until he can get on it and have a go, he can't estimate how much time each user will have in a session and therefore can't put together a price.

Grrrrrr!

Sorry everyone.

Looking at the confirmations on bookatrack, I notice:

John Lloyd Haslemere Black Ariel Atom MK2 (220bhp)

Be really interesting to see one of these in the "flesh", I wonder how many requests for passenger rides he'll get ;-)

If you haven't seen it, then worth watching the Top Gear clip with Clarkson in one:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/topgear/mediaplayer/c...1&bbram=1&tab=1

Click on the Supercars tab, the Atom is 2nd down.
