This is my birthday and I would love it to be my first track day. I'm thinking of upgrading the OEM exhaust but don't want anything that limits what days I can attend. Is Oulton a good first choice for a first track day? Gotta pop that cherry sooner or later...

Any circuit is fine for a first trackday!
There's always lots of debate over going to novice days and places where there is loads of runoff but it's still the same guy behind the wheel and that's what will determine how the day goes!
Keep your head about you, remember that you are there for fun and not to prove anything and get some instruction, you'll be fine
