The mystery S2000 owner trying to evade Lee the burglar detective by hiding behind the Simca
One of you could have just said hello if you were so curious!
I said to Lee today that you had posted that little Simca sounded great out on track,

It was fab, I got some photos out at the hairpin too.

The guy that owned it has got 9 of them, and the older guy (his dad?) has one with a Honda engine in, I remember working on them when i Was an apprentice, it's nice to see the older cars out on track, the old BMW looked and sounded great as well,
[/quote]

I've got an old CRX I'd love to get fixed up and on the track again. The old ones are more fun

Nah i was way off 2 mins - looking at the videos i am running at 2:05 - 2:08 secs (was running less boost yesterday - 18psi instead of 23psi as my fuelling was going VERY lean).

Would have struggled to keep up with your CSL - btw respect to you for taking such an exotic car on the track :-)

Exotic

A jumped up M3 with carbon fibre and an induction noise from a 90s DTM car

The pit exit isnt ideal and you do have to buid up some pace to get out. Blend line is quite short too. I had a similar one!

Its not an ideal place to let people pass imo, unless you are past the pont you know nobody is joining the track.
Agree.

Got to admit I usually come hammering out the pit on WOT.
My cousin put my car in the barrier coming out of the pit WOT! Car depending of course.

BMW in shock Red Flag action?!?!?! Is it really a surprise. It's almost uncanny how it's a Bimmer causing issues!
