The M3 was also the cause of one of the red flags, ouch the rear was non to good as well

BMW in shock Red Flag action?!?!?! Is it really a surprise. It's almost uncanny how it's a Bimmer causing issues!

He has done 41 track days and this was his first off.

The driver of the M3 had some balls and was handy behind the wheel as he was really pushing that M3!

Get well soon Mark. You were the picture of health yesterday. If you're feining illness due to being so far from the saaarf and having to make small talk with people you barely know, I understand.

First Video from today.

Civic Type R spun in front of me and then it was M3 time!

Watch from 1:45 mins onwards.

Did you get your goal time under 2 mins?
Nah i was way off 2 mins - looking at the videos i am running at 2:05 - 2:08 secs (was running less boost yesterday - 18psi instead of 23psi as my fuelling was going VERY lean).

Would have struggled to keep up with your CSL - btw respect to you for taking such an exotic car on the track :-)

Been watching all my videos and best time was a 2:03 mins on a full clear lap .

Did you get into the 1 min 50's?
[/quote]

Just, 1:59 same as my first time there.

2:03 great time in the polo.

Not a good driver though as he crashed. Just another BMW driver that turned the traction control button off and found out what happens when you think you're a good driver. Seen many like that over the years at Oulton. A classic case of the car flattering the driver.

Aw come on everyone will have an off or close shave at some point, 41 track days and 1 off isn't bad going, was a shame as it is a nice looking car,

Looking at Robin's vid, he was certainly attacking the course! Still, it always seems to be a BMW doing something wrong!
