Not wishing to start the argument, but for those that don't know, there's an entertaining thread on PH pertaining to this day. Track day section. I'll not post a link though.

This is the answer..
"Sometimes events maybe cancelled or amended due to circumstances beyond our control e.g adverse weather conditions. It is often the case that decisions regarding these cancellations are not made until the day of the event. In this instance refunds / credits cannot be guarenteed and BookaTrack.com Ltd cannot be held liable for any loss or expense incurred. However, where possible we will try and compensate the customer in the form of an alternative day or BaT credit valid for 12 months. No refunds will be given."
